The difference between the verbs in text A and text B is that in text A Laura is describing her own rutine, so she uses I and the verbs does not have "s". But, in text B, someone else is describing what Laura does using a she... so the verbs used has to have "s ending".
In the text A Laura describe her daily routine and in the text B another describes a Laura`s daily routine (add "s" or "es" to the verbs in the text B).
In the text A, she describes her life in Barcelona and in the B the other person describes her life, for this reason in the text A she doesn´t use the "s" becauses her is discribe her life in first person and text B, her life in discribe in third person.
